Fast Fusion LLC is a traveling food truck built around one simple idea: bring homemade, freshly cooked food straight to where people gather. With over a year in business, backed by 4 years of hands-on kitchen experience, we have been bringing fresh fusion flavors to neighborhoods, offices, and events. We do not have a storefront you visit, we come to you, and we plan our locations and schedule around the crowds we serve.

Our menu crosses a lot of borders on purpose. On any given day you might order butter chicken with warm garlic naan, a plate of tacos, spiced chicken kebab, crispy samosas, or a bowl of schezwan noodles with real heat behind them. We pull from Indian, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, and Mediterranean cooking, and we lean on authentic spices and traditional recipes rather than shortcuts. A cold mango lassi or fresh lemonade rounds out the meal, and the dosa comes off our live station right in front of you.

What sets a visit apart is the live cooking. Our live dosa, parotta, and chaat station lets you watch your food take shape, which keeps everything hot, fresh, and honest. We also put together meal combos, family packs, and lunch specials so it is easy to feed one person or a whole group without overthinking it. Our food truck carries a health permit to operate across LA County, Orange County, Long Beach City, and Irvine City, so we can set up legally wherever you need us.

Beyond the daily truck stops, we offer catering, delivery, pickup, and curbside service, which makes us a good fit for parties, work lunches, and community events. Payment is easy too, since we take cash, Zelle, Venmo, and cards through Toast.
